Welcome to Billoo ("the App"), a billing and invoice management application developed by Techpuram ("we," "our," or "us"). Billoo is designed to help small business owners and shopkeepers generate invoices and print them using thermal printer devices.

A. Business & Transactional Information

To provide billing services, the App allows you to input and store:

• Business Details: Shop name, address, contact number, and logo.
• Inventory/Product Data: Item names, prices, and tax details.
• Customer Information: Name and phone numbers for invoice generation.
• Transaction Records: Sales history and invoice amounts.

B. Device Permissions

To function correctly with thermal printers and local features, the App requires:

• Bluetooth & Nearby Devices: To discover and connect to Bluetooth thermal printers.
• Location Services: Required by Android for Bluetooth scanning (we do not track your movement).
• Storage/Media: To save generated PDF invoices and upload your business logo.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Generate and format professional invoices for your customers.
• Facilitate seamless printing to thermal printer hardware.
• Manage your local sales records and inventory.
• Improve App performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: Most of your data (invoices, products, and customer lists) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your private business transactions unless you explicitly use a cloud backup feature provided by the App.

Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, since data resides on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile phone.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Google Firebase Analytics (for crash reports and usage patterns)
• AdMob (for displaying advertisements)

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business data to third parties. Data is only shared to comply with legal obligations or to protect the safety and rights of Techpuram.
