The App collects and stores the following business-related information:
- Contact Details: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, company names, and physical addresses of your contacts and leads
- Lead Information: Lead status, source, conversion data, and associated contact details
- Deal Data: Deal amounts, pipeline stages, closing dates, and related business information
- Follow-up Records: Scheduled follow-ups, reminders, notes, and communication history
- Notes and Comments: Any notes, comments, or additional information you add to contacts, leads, or deals
- Custom Fields: Any additional custom information you choose to store using the app's custom fields feature
Call Log and Call History
If you grant the optional Call Log permission, the App may collect and store the following call-related information from your device:
- Phone number: The number that was called or that called you
- Call type: Incoming, outgoing, or missed
- Call duration: Length of the call in seconds
- Call date and time: When the call occurred
- Link to contacts/leads: The App matches call numbers to your saved contacts and leads so you can see call history on each contact or lead profile
This data is used only to:
- Display call history on Contact and Lead detail screens
- Provide a unified Call History screen for all your business calls
- Support follow-up reminders and call-back tracking
- Store call information locally (and, if you use cloud sync, to sync across your devices)
Call log access is optional. You can deny the permission and still use all other app features; call history and linking will simply be unavailable.

Data Storage and Security
Your business data is stored primarily on your device using a local Room (SQLite) database. We implement the following security measures:
- Local Storage: All contact, lead, deal, and call log data is stored locally on your device (Room/SQLite)
- Access Controls: The app requires appropriate permissions to access your data
- Secure Backup: When using backup features, data is encrypted during transfer and storage
- Data Deletion: If you uninstall the app, all stored data will be permanently removed from your device
Cloud Sync (Future Feature)
When cloud sync becomes available, your data may be synchronized with Firebase cloud storage services. This feature will be optional and will require your explicit consent.

Other Third-Party Libraries and Usage
- AndroidX / Jetpack: Core Android libraries (Compose UI, Material 3, Navigation, Lifecycle, Room database, WorkManager for background sync)
- Hilt (Dagger): Dependency injection; no data collection
- Coil: Image loading within the app; no data sent externally
- Accompanist Permissions: Runtime permission handling (e.g., contacts, call log); no data collection
- Google Play Services Ads: May display ads in the app; ad providers may collect identifiers and usage data as per their policies. You can control ad personalization in your device or Google account settings.
Device Contacts and Call Log Access
- The app can import contacts from your device's contact list when you grant permission
- The app can read your device call log when you grant the optional Read call log permission, to sync and display call history and link it to contacts and leads
- Imported and synced data (contacts, call history) are stored locally in the app and, if you use cloud sync, in your Firebase/Firestore account
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- When explicitly authorized by you
- To comply with legal obligations or court orders
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- In connection with a business transfer or acquisition (with prior notice)
- With your consent for specific integrations or services
Business Confidentiality: We understand that your contact and deal information is confidential business data. We will never access, view, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the app's functionality.
Your Rights and Choices
You have full control over your data:
- Data Access: You can view, edit, and manage all your data within the app
- Data Export: You can backup and export your data at any time
- Data Deletion: You can delete individual records or all data from the app
- Contact Permissions: You can grant or revoke access to your device contacts
- Call Log Permission: You can grant or revoke access to your device call log; the app works without it, but call history and linking will be disabled
- Notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications and reminders
- App Uninstall: If you uninstall the app, all your data stored locally will be permanently deleted
- Backup Settings: You can control data backup and restore settings
Data Retention
We retain your information as follows:
- Contact, lead, deal, and call log data is retained until you delete it from the app or uninstall the app
- All data is permanently deleted when the app is uninstalled from your device
- Backup data follows the retention policies of your chosen backup service
- Usage and performance data is retained for up to 1 year for app improvement purposes
Business Use and Multi-User Features
This app is designed for business and professional use. Future versions may include:
- Team-based access and collaboration features

Children's Privacy
