1. Who We Are

Techpuram is a software company based in India that develops restaurant and retail billing tools. RasaBill is our flagship POS application for Android, serving businesses in India and Indonesia.

2. What Data We Collect

Data You Enter — Stored Locally on Your Device

All business data you enter in RasaBill is stored in a local database (SQLite via Room) on your device only. Techpuram has no access to this data.

Data Collected Automatically

We do not collect your name, personal email, phone number, financial details, or any data that can personally identify you.

3. Google Account Backup

If Auto Backup is enabled on your Android device, your RasaBill database and preferences may be encrypted and backed up to your personal Google account. This backup is visible only to you. You can disable it in Android Settings → Backup.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To run and continuously improve the RasaBill application
• To display relevant advertisements to free-tier users (via Google AdMob)
• To verify premium subscription entitlement (via Google Play)
• To diagnose crashes and performance issues
• We never sell your data to any third party
• We never use your business or customer data for marketing

5. Third-Party Services

RasaBill integrates the following SDKs, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase Analytics – anonymous usage tracking
• Google AdMob – advertisements for free-tier users
• Google Play Billing – subscription management

6. Advertisements

• The first day of use is completely ad-free for all users.
• From day 2, free-tier users see a full-screen ad after every 20th bill.
• Banner ads are shown in the item grid on the billing screen (free tier only).
• Premium subscribers see zero advertisements.
• Ad content is served by Google AdMob and is subject to Google's advertising policies. Techpuram does not control individual ad content.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All locally stored data remains on your device until you:

• Uninstall the app — deletes all local billing data
• Go to Android Settings → Apps → RasaBill → Clear Data
• Disable Google Backup for this app

Anonymous Firebase Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months per their standard policy.

8. Children's Privacy

RasaBill is a business tool intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used this app, contact us at info@techpuram.com and we will take appropriate action.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your data — all data is on your own device, accessible directly
• Delete your data — clear app data or uninstall
• Opt out of analytics — via your device's Privacy → Ads settings
• Opt out of personalised ads — via your device's Google account Ad settings

10. Applicable Law

• India: Governed by the Information Technology Act 2000 (amended 2008) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
• Indonesia: Compliant with Government Regulation No. 71/2019 on Electronic System and Transactions (PP 71/2019) and Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at bluetoothprinter.in/privacy-policy and inside the app under Settings → Privacy Policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
