1. Differences Between Free and Paid Versions:

Both the free and paid versions provide the same print quality and connectivity. However, here are the differences:

2. Can a free feature become paid in the future?

No, once a function is introduced as free, it remains free. However, previously paid features can become free as more features are added.

3. Duration of Use:

The free version has no time limit. You can purchase the paid version for one month, a year, or a lifetime. After the paid version expires, the app returns to the free mode. You can continue using the program in free mode if you don’t need paid features. You can use our Free version without any watermark in the printing.

4. Printing Limitations:

There are no limitations on printing content.

5. What is partnership program?

You can partner with us by providing feedback and usage reviews through the shared link. Partners will receive the premium version for free for 6 months. If you’re interested in joining our partner program, please email us with the subject ‘Partner Program’ to iyaltamizh@gmail.com.

6. How to Buy:

You can purchase the app only through Google Play. No other options are available. If you encounter issues with the purchase, please ensure the money goes to the Google Play store. You’ll receive an email with a purchase code (e.g., GPA.0000-0000-0000-0000) as the payment receipt.

Activation Problems:

If you’ve paid but the App remains free, please follow these steps:

– Ensure that the payment was successful and check your email for the purchase code.

– Launch the Google Play app and wait for it to synchronize.

– Open Simple Bluetooth Printer, go to the “subscription” menu and check.

You can currently use any number of devices connected to the same Google account. However, please note that this policy might change in the future.

Refund for Accidental Double Payment:

If you accidentally paid twice within 48 hours, you can request a refund through Google Play. Email us(iyaltamizh@gmail.com) with the subject “Refund Simple Bluetooth Printer” and include the order number (Order Id GPA.xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx) from your Google Play receipt.
